The GreenBauhaus Foundation was etablished to stimulate sustainable development both locally and globally.
Cooperations have been signed with leading organisations in Germany and Europe, as well as in Brazil, Russia, India, China  and South Africa.
Many universities around the globe are interested to join the international GreenBauhaus initiative, which has been started in 2006.
In 2016, the GreenBauhaus Study Program and International College were established.
